Gaijin.net Charged Me for War Thunder Gold but Didn’t Deliver

I attempted to purchase 1,000 Golden Eagles in War Thunder through Gaijin.net. I entered my phone number, confirmed the purchase via SMS by replying "YES", and the ₺99 charge was deducted from my phone bill. However, the Gold never appeared in my account.

For the past three days, I have been contacting Gaijin Support repeatedly. I have submitted multiple tickets and sent several emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. There is no customer support, no resolution, and no refund.

Gaijin.net, either credit my account with the Gold I paid for or issue a full refund immediately! Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and resolution!
