EyeZy Premium Refund Due! Subscription Canceled, Still Awaiting Response

On 28.09.2025, I purchased a Premium 1-year subscription to the Eyezy app using my iPhone device and Gmail address. I made the payment with my credit card, and a total of ₺1,553.34, plus ₺41 and ₺199, were charged to my account in three separate transactions. Shortly after, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. When I contacted Eyezy customer service, I was told that my request would be handled, but despite the time that has passed, I have received no response and the refund has not been processed. I also received a message from the mSpy support team with Ticket ID 8670323, stating that my request was being processed, yet no solution has been provided. I have all the relevant receipts and reference numbers. Since my subscription has been canceled, I request a full refund of the charges. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
