Gaijin.net Blocked My Account Access and Demands Personal Data for Verification

Although I have been a devoted Gaijin player for years, the way their support crew has handled me is absolutely unacceptable. It feels invasive and almost criminal as they are refusing to let me access my own account unless I send them my system and personal details. Although I haven't played for some time, this shouldn't be a grounds to stop me from logging in and lock my phone number. My account is now caught behind pointless verification procedures, and their arbitrary limitations prevent me from pasting past. This has also caused me losses connected to my account. Should they not quickly address the problem, I will be forced to seek legal action in order to recoupment of losses.
