Spynger Charged Me Triple the Agreed Amount and App Doesn’t Work

I subscribed to a tracking app through Spynger. During registration, it stated that a payment of ₺500 would be charged, and I confirmed the transaction. However, after confirmation, a total of ₺1,500 was withdrawn from my account, and these charges have continued. On top of that, the application doesn’t open or function at all.

When I contacted the support line, I was given Ticket ID: 8713852, but for about three weeks, I’ve only received automated responses with no real solution provided.

The payment was made via Papara Card. I request that my subscription be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to my account. During registration, I was clearly informed that I had the right to cancel and request a refund, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
