Gaijin.net Failed to Help Me Recover My Hacked Game Account

Since 2018, I have been playing Gaijin games and made investments into my account using time and money. My account was recently accessed without permission, and substantial in-game money was expended. I got aid right away from Gaijin's support crew, but the process has been annoying. I have tried reseting my password several times, but I never got one email including a reset link. I couldn't locate a direct email address to send my complaints, and the help system is unclear about how to handle pressing problems. It's upsetting that a corporation I previously trusted leaves me feeling underappreciated even after years of allegiance. All I want is for the illegal transactions reversed and my account locked.
