G2A Razer Gold Key Was Already Used and Could Not Be Redeemed
On August 25, 2026, I purchased a $5 Razer Gold key through G2A from a seller named Irmitek OÜ. When I provided the key I received to the other party, the transaction could not be completed because they received an error stating that “this key has already been used.” In other words, I was provided with a fraudulent or previously used key that cannot be redeemed.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted G2A and the seller repeatedly, and I have been trying to resolve this matter since August 25. Through the platform, I am continuously being asked to provide information about the seller or the game publisher, as well as additional documents supposedly required for an official investigation. However, there is a very simple fact: the key I purchased does not work and cannot be used. Despite this, neither G2A nor the seller has taken responsibility or provided a solution.
I later noticed numerous complaints online and on relevant websites regarding the same seller and similar problems. This suggests that this may not be an isolated incident but rather an issue affecting multiple users.
I request either a full refund of the $5 I paid for the unusable Razer Gold key purchased through G2A or a valid, working replacement key. I also request that my inconvenience be properly addressed and that the necessary investigation be conducted to prevent similar problems from affecting other customers.
