Razer Gold Code Not Received After Purchase on Play Store

On March 1, 2025, at 13:30, I purchased a Razer Gold 250₺ code through Google Play Store (Order No: 3443915). The payment went through successfully, but the code never appeared in the Product Information section—it’s completely blank.
I paid for this digital product, yet I received nothing in return. This is completely unacceptable! I expect Razer or Google Play to fix this immediately by either providing my code or issuing a full refund. Digital purchases should be instant, and I shouldn’t have to chase down a product I already paid for.
Please resolve this issue ASAP! I need my Razer Gold balance credited or my money refunded immediately.
