Fruugo Promised No Extra Fees—No Refund Issued

I ordered a product from Fruugo, and they clearly stated that I would not have to pay any additional fees. However, when my package arrived via PTT Kargo, they demanded an extra payment. Since this was not part of the original agreement, I refused to accept the package and returned it.

Now, it has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted Fruugo multiple times, but they ignore my messages and provide no updates. I feel completely scammed and don’t know where to file a complaint.

Fruugo, refund my money immediately! Others, beware—this platform may promise "no extra charges," but you could end up paying more and never getting a refund!
