I ordered a product from Fruugo, which was ₺350 at checkout. When I proceeded to the payment page, an additional ₺100 shipping fee appeared, making my total payment ₺450. There was no indication of any further charges.
However, when PTT Cargo delivered the package, they demanded an additional ₺245, which I was never informed about. Since this was a gift for my son’s report card, I had no choice but to pay the unexpected fee instead of returning it. The package had already taken 15 days to arrive, and refusing it would have been a hassle.
I am extremely frustrated with Fruugo’s misleading pricing. If extra charges were required, they should have been clearly disclosed at checkout. This was my first and last purchase from this site. Fruugo, I demand a refund for the hidden fee! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect an immediate resolution!
