About 2-3 months ago, I bought a set of built-in appliances from Franke, and I'm going through a really painful experience. The cooktop I got was all scratched up, even though it was supposed to be brand new. It looked like someone had already used it. We checked out the product with the tech team, and I have a report with all the technical details. But when I told the brand about it, they didn't seem to care at all. They just said, "Your product doesn't have a warranty, so there's nothing we can do," and then hung up.
Finding problems with a product I just bought brand new has made me feel really upset. Also, I can't even get a bill from the company. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I want my money back right away. If not, I'm going to post this on all my social media accounts and file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Court.
