Franke Built-in Oven Service Issues

I finally installed the four Franke products I bought on September 22, 2023. I'm no longer going to use Franke products because I'm a user of their products. Even if the products are good, it's equally important to address any service issues that come up after you've already paid a lot of money. The problems I had while installing and the way the service treated me show that you'll have to reach out to them again if you encounter any issues while using it. So basically, you reach out to the company once, but you have to interact with their service multiple times. Since I'm 50 km away from the service area, I think I'll experience these problems more intensely. The service was pretty aggressive once I finally managed to get through after trying multiple times.

On October 11, 2023, there was a short circuit in the oven that was built into the kitchen. When we took out and put back the oven that came with the house, we noticed that the wire that grounds it was exposed and not connected to the outlet, and the cable was still loose. Also, the housing has some damage on the edges that happened when it was being installed.
