Franke Oven Malfunction and Warranty Fail

I used Franke's oven because I trusted the quality of their products. The oven malfunctioned before the warranty period expired. The bottom heating element was damaged. The service technician arrived, evaluated it, and confirmed that it was malfunctioning. "Let's place an order, it'll arrive within a week, and we'll replace it," they added before leaving. However, the deadline has gone. We called customer support, and they indicated it may take a long time, with the heating element taking anything from a month to three months to arrive, and we could contact the factory if we wished. We called the number provided and were told "You'll be contacted"; but, everyone is passing the buck, my problem remains unresolved, and my oven is currently inoperable. This is not the kind of attention, service, or product devotion I expected from this brand. Those thinking about spending so much money, I believe, should reconsider.
