Corrosion of Metal in Franke Dishwasher Baskets
I have been facing a distressing issue with my Franke FDWS 712 A++XS dishwasher - metallic corrosion. To make matters worse, the quality of the product's baskets is far from satisfactory. Despite having the baskets changed by Franke's technical service in İzmir, Turkey, under warranty, the problem of metallic corrosion persists even after the replacement process. This situation is truly disheartening, especially considering the fact that I have a young child and I am concerned about her health. Additionally, the ongoing issue with the baskets has tarnished Franke's reputation, as numerous complaints have arisen regarding their quality. I am urgently requesting the replacement of both baskets by the company. It is imperative that Franke takes immediate steps to improve the material of their baskets, perhaps considering alternatives like titanium, to prevent such occurrences in the future. The current state of affairs not only affects the functionality of the dishwasher but also casts a shadow on Franke's brand image. Thank you 🙋🏻♀️
