I downloaded the Fotor photo editing app and started using the free version because it was advertised as a trial. However, I quickly realized that there is no clear option to cancel the subscription inside the app or on the website. I looked through all the menus and settings, but I could not find any way to stop the subscription before it automatically renews.
This is very concerning because I do not want the app to charge me next month without my consent. I also did not like the editing results—it does not meet my expectations, so I have no reason to continue using it. Yet Fotor makes the cancellation process unnecessarily confusing and leaves users at risk of unauthorized charges.
I am asking Fotor to provide clear instructions on how to cancel my free trial before it turns into a paid subscription. I also request a guarantee that no money will be taken from my account in the coming month. Companies should not make cancellation this difficult, and I expect Fotor to resolve this issue immediately.
