I downloaded the Fotor app and tried using it during the 7-day free trial. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the photos the app produced. The results were far below expectations, which is why I decided not to continue with the service. To avoid being charged, I canceled my subscription within the first 24 hours and even deleted the app from my device.
Despite canceling immediately, I am extremely concerned that Fotor might still attempt to withdraw money from my account without authorization. I want to be clear: if even a single unauthorized charge is taken, I will file a formal criminal complaint. No company should charge customers after a subscription has been properly canceled, especially when done well before the trial period ends.
I request written confirmation that my account has been fully canceled and that no charges will ever be made to my card. I also expect Fotor to improve its transparency so that customers can use free trials without the fear of hidden charges. I demand urgent assurance that this matter is resolved.
