Garena Free Fire Account Hacked and Not Recovered Despite Support Request

I am a Free Fire MAX player from India and I am writing to complain about my hacked game account, which is linked to my Google ID “bholubl***@gmail.com”. My in‑game ID and profile are shown in the screenshot I have attached, where my nickname is GUPTAJI and my account level is around 64–65. On 13/09/2026 I noticed that my Free Fire account had been hacked and I could no longer use it normally. This account is very important to me because I have spent a lot of time and effort progressing in the game. I am worried that the hacker may continue using or damaging my account and misusing my in‑game profile. I contacted support about this issue on 13/09/2026, but so far I have not received a clear solution or the recovery of my account. The situation has not been resolved and I still do not have secure access to my original account. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and securely returned to me on my Google account “bholubl***@gmail.com”. I want to continue playing on my original account and protect my in‑game progress. I ask you to investigate this hacking incident, secure my data and help me get back full access to my account as soon as possible.
