Sony PSN Permanent Ban Appeal Portal Says My Account Is Not Eligible

My PSN account registered in the Türkiye region was permanently suspended on November 5, 2026, due to the content of a message I sent. I acknowledge that I responded with an insulting message during an argument, and I sincerely regret my behavior. The other player had also insulted me. I understand that this does not justify my response; however, I kindly ask you to consider the entire conversation when reviewing my case.

The previous communication restriction I received for "spamming" was related to messages I sent while joking around with a friend. My intention was not to harass or disturb my friend, but simply to joke with them. I would also appreciate it if this context could be taken into consideration when reviewing the previous enforcement action.

I have spent a significant amount of money on this account. I have also invested considerable time and effort in building and progressing my FC 27 Ultimate Team squad. Losing permanent access to my account seriously affects my ability to access the content I have purchased and the progress I have accumulated.

For these reasons, I kindly request that the permanent suspension be reconsidered in light of all the circumstances and, if possible, reduced to a temporary suspension.

I have not previously submitted an appeal against this permanent suspension. However, the official appeal portal states that there is no eligible account available for an appeal. The support chats for both Türkiye and France also redirect me to the country selection process, and I have been unable to reach an authorized support representative.

I kindly request an explanation of why my account is not appearing as eligible for an appeal, an alternative channel through which I can submit my case, and a review of my situation by the appropriate team.

I take responsibility for my behavior. Going forward, I will use the block and report features instead of responding to similar situations with offensive messages. I sincerely ask you to give me another chance rather than permanently taking away access to my account. I would also appreciate receiving a written response to my appeal.
