New Ford Tourneo Courier Software Errors Should Be Fixed

On 24.06.2024, I purchased a new Ford Tourneo Courier from the Izmir Ford Izkar dealership. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I encountered various software errors. The next morning, I returned to the dealership, and they confirmed the software issues, taking my vehicle into service and providing a replacement car. After picking up my vehicle from the service, the same errors reappeared. When I called again, they scheduled an appointment for a week later. Now, I have been waiting for a replacement car for two weeks so that I can leave my vehicle for service. Neither the authorized dealership nor the Ford customer service center is providing a solution. Buying a Ford has been a regrettable experience.

Hello, What difference does having a call record make? The vehicle still continues with the same issues. But no one is interested.
