Hello, we purchased a Ford Tourneo 2022 model, and the vehicle is plagued with persistent issues. Despite our efforts, the brand is not addressing the problems, causing significant inconvenience. It's disheartening that a company can leave its customers in the dark for three months without any response. Honestly, I regret not choosing a vehicle from a different brand; even a car from an Indian brand would have likely been a better investment. I strongly advise against buying a Ford if you want to avoid unnecessary trouble.
