Ford Tourneo Connect FEM Module Update Failed for Nine Months
I have been experiencing an FSA FEM module update issue with my 2024 Ford Tourneo Connect for about nine months. My vehicle’s license plate is 48 AUT 911, and I live in Marmaris. When the problem first appeared, I contacted the authorized Ford service center Helvacıoğlu in Muğla, but they couldn’t provide a solution. I then went to the service center in İzmir, but again, there was no result. For the past few days, I’ve been in Istanbul and visited several authorized service centers here as well, yet none offered a solution. When I called Ford Road Assistance, they directed me to Tepretoğulları Service, but I received no response from them either. Although my vehicle is still under warranty, none of the authorized service centers have taken concrete steps to resolve the issue. If it were a paid repair, I’m sure they would have acted immediately, but since it’s under warranty, I feel I’m being ignored. I’ve been dealing with this problem for nine months, and it has seriously affected me psychologically. I now demand that this issue be urgently resolved and that my grievance be addressed.

A lot of talk, no action.
There is always empty talk at Ford services but no action; I care about action, not empty words. You have put a bunch of incompetent people there, no one knows what to do. The advertising and appearance are nice, but when your car breaks down, that's when you realize it's all lies and deception. Note: I am addressing those who are considering buying a Ford here—stay away from the Ford brand, or your mental health will suffer like mine.
