I am the owner of a Ford 1.0 Ecoboost vehicle. Despite regular servicing, my car experienced a complete engine failure at 8 years and 116,000 km. The entire engine needs to be replaced. Upon researching online, I found that Ford in the USA acknowledged the issue and initiated a recall for part replacement. Similarly, in the UK, Ford announced that they would replace engines for vehicles under 10 years and 150,000 miles, even offering refunds for previous repairs done at authorized service centers.
There are hundreds of such vehicles in our country that should receive the same service. It is our natural right to request this service from the highest authority, whether it is Ford Otosan or higher. We are suffering; my car is now worthless.
