I purchased a new Ford Focus vehicle on October 23, 2020, and since then, I have faced a series of issues:
Initially, the steering box and column were replaced under warranty at 12,000 km.
Subsequently, the automatic brake system failed.
The engine gasket and top cover were replaced under warranty at 16,000 km.
While on the road, the 20 cm ventilation part got compressed by operating the brake and accelerator pedals, posing a serious safety risk to me and my family (pictures attached).
At 30,000 km, the steering box and column were changed again under warranty.
At 41,000 km, the clutch sensor was replaced.
At 41,500 km, I am heading to the service today because the driving modes and TCL are malfunctioning.
I am exhausted from dealing with these recurring issues and frequent visits to the service center. Dear Ford Otosan and Ford Akgün Oto, how many more incidents must occur before considering a vehicle replacement? Must we face life-threatening situations? If I don't see any improvement, it might be time to involve the media to bring attention to these ongoing problems.
