I purchased a 2024 Ford Kuga in November, and ever since then, it has been a nightmare. For the last 6 months, the service/engine warning light keeps coming on, and I’ve had to take the car to the service center over and over again. Every time, they just hook it up to a computer, upload something, and send me away. If it happens again, they say, “Bring the car in without turning it off.” How is that even a reasonable solution?
I’ve spent half a year driving around in a car that feels unreliable and unstable. The worst part? One of the service technicians admitted there’s a known engine issue with this model, yet Ford still refuses to take responsibility or offer any proper fix.
Sometimes the warning light appears at night or during weekends, making it impossible to take the car in right away. So I’m stuck with a vehicle that I don’t trust and that no one at Ford seems to care about.
I paid ₺1,200,000+ for this car. That should buy me peace of mind, not constant stress. I’m demanding a full return of this defective vehicle. Ford must stop ignoring customers and address this widespread problem before more people are affected. Take your faulty Kuga back and give us the service we deserve.
