Ford Unsolvable Fan and Constantly Recurring Sound Problems

I purchased a brand-new Ford vehicle, and within just a few days, I started experiencing issues. For the past two months, there has been a persistent fan noise and a sound coming from the front right side, which I believe is likely related to the suspension or undercarriage. Although the service center claimed to have resolved the issues, the noise from the front right side has occasionally returned. In addition, there is an annoying creaking sound coming from the left seat belt’s lower attachment point. While the Çanakkale Ford Arslanlar service center couldn’t detect the fan noise for two months, the Edremit service was able to identify it within 10 minutes. However, when I spoke with Ford Türkiye by phone, I was told that removing the front console would be necessary to fix it. Now they want the car again for inspection, but again, disassembling will be required. I do not want my brand-new car to be taken apart like this. Previously, there was also a strange sound when the A/C was turned on, which the service itself detected and replaced the part. From a brand like Ford, I expect more satisfying support, especially when it comes to issues with a brand-new vehicle. Note: While I couldn’t record the other sounds, I am attaching a recording of the fan noise. Please note that the noise level varies — sometimes it gets quite loud, and other times, it disappears completely.

After a 2,400 km, 2-month service ordeal with the brand new car we bought, our problems were resolved. The fan was replaced (we were lucky to have an experienced mechanic who managed to change it without removing the front console), and other repairs (such as a loosened pipe, etc.) were carried out. Currently, aside from some plastic noises, there are no major issues left with the vehicle. I will mention those at the next maintenance. Ford Turkey was very attentive.
