Ford Kuga Vibration Problem at Constant Speed

July 13, 2025 12:07 AM84

I bought my 2024 Ford Kuga brand new, and since the day I purchased it, it hasn’t left the service center. The car starts to vibrate after reaching 120 km/h. I took it to an authorized service center where they initially said the wheel balance was off, made adjustments, and returned the car, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I brought it back again—they claimed the tire was faulty and replaced it, yet the vibration continued. I returned once more and went on three separate test drives with service center staff. I don’t even know how many more times they tested it on their own, but the car was driven for nearly 1,000 km just for testing. Around 1.5 to 2 tanks of fuel were consumed, and when the fuel ran out, they even called us to refill it—still with no resolution. The car remained at the service center for about a month. They acknowledged that it was vibrating but said they couldn’t identify the problem. They mentioned testing other Ford Kuga vehicles and finding that those also vibrated, so since it’s “normal,” there’s nothing more they could do. They told us to go to court if we wanted further action and returned the car. Ford clearly does not stand behind its vehicles. I will never recommend Ford again, and I will make sure no one I know buys one. I got screwed, and I’m warning others not to go through the same. I will, of course, take the necessary legal steps to defend my rights.
