Gearbox Issue on the 2023 Ford Kuga 1.5 Ecoboost 182 PS Titanium

Dear Sir,

I purchased a 2023 Ford Kuga Titanium model on 27/07/2023 in Turkey. Everything was fine; the car was very comfortable, and I had a high driving pleasure. However, on 20/12/2023, my car broke down on the road when I tried to park it in reverse gear. My car was at 7592 km yet and 5 months old. Is there a chronic vehicle issue with this series of Kuga? I heard at least 2 Kugas have the same problem on the internet. The authorized customer service offered me to change the gearbox with the original new one. However, if there is a chronic vehicle issue, my car's value may have decreased because of this problem, so I may want my car replaced with a new one with the same features.
