2020 Ford Kuga Exhaust Issues & Engine Light

I have a 2020 model Ford Kuga, and I'm very unhappy with it; it seems to be constantly stuck at the service center. When I brought my vehicle in for service because of problems with exhaust emissions, I ended up spending approximately ₺4,000 on cleaning. Unfortunately, after just a month, the engine malfunction light came on once more. Additionally, a substitute vehicle is not provided for the car covered by the warranty. They will only provide a replacement vehicle if the car needs to be serviced for a minimum of 10 days. However, this is contingent upon the availability of a vehicle at the dealership. It's absolutely ridiculous that it takes a whole 10 days to produce just 5 new cars. I'm highly let down by this experience with Ford.
