My Ford Courier 1.0 2022 model car does not have a spare tire. When my tire got punctured, they provided a compressor that heats up very quickly and an ineffective sealant. I used the compressor and sealant on the punctured tire, but it deflated again after a short distance. The tire repair shop replaced the tire and said the pressure sensor valve was broken, charging me ₺6500 for the tire and the valve. I felt inconvenienced. I called Ford customer service to file a complaint, but they did not respond. I was generally satisfied with Ford until I faced this issue. All three of my cars are Ford. Ford should not tarnish its reputation over such a simple issue. Additionally, the car lacks a jack and a lug wrench, which is another inconvenience.
