Ford Puma Replacement Car Tyre Charge Unfairly Demanded After Fault
I purchased a 2025 Ford Puma 1.0 ST Line X from Ford Erdeğer Yalova. About two months after I bought the vehicle, while it was parked, a problem occurred with the 360 camera system. I took the vehicle to Ford Erdeğer Yalova, and my vehicle remained at the dealer for about one month. During this period, I was only informed that software had been installed on the vehicle, but later I learned that a module replacement was actually carried out. During the time my vehicle was at the dealer, I was given a replacement vehicle. While driving this replacement car on the highway, one of its tyres burst. Since there was no spare tyre in the vehicle, I had to call a tyre service at my own initiative and have the tyre changed there. When I returned the replacement vehicle, I explained this situation in detail, but despite this, I was asked to pay for a brand-new tyre in the amount of ₺10,600. I do not find it fair that I am being held responsible for this cost that arose while I was using the replacement vehicle provided due to a fault in my own car, especially when there was no spare tyre available. I request that the ₺10,600 tyre amount demanded from me be fully refunded and that I do not experience any further grievance in this process.
