2022 Ford Courier Warranty Excludes Covered Part
I'm dealing with an ongoing problem with my 2022 Ford Courier, which is still under warranty. My vehicle's turbocharger failed. Despite the fact that I had it serviced at the authorized dealership on a regular basis, I followed their maintenance schedule as detailed on the maintenance tracking cards they provided. I've had my car serviced a total of eight times, the most recent at 127,511 kilometers. However, each time I brought it in, I was told that they couldn't perform the necessary repairs due to appointment availability and the fact that I'd exceeded the recommended mileage by approximately 800-1000 km. They advised me to change the maintenance card to reflect the additional mileage I had driven. It's infuriating that the service center appears to value minor calculations over customer satisfaction. If my concerns are not addressed, I am prepared to take legal action and even contact Ford's headquarters in another country to ensure that my rights are respected.
