Just got my hands on a 2023 Ford Tourneo Courier! Hoping for a smooth and reliable ride. Unfortunately, while on the road, my vehicle suddenly shut down without warning. It was quite a disappointment. My engine and power steering both failed, putting me in a dangerous situation. Surprisingly, no warning lights or indicators lit up to notify me of any problems. My fiancé and I were put in danger, causing us to experience fear and panic. Just had to call for roadside assistance and get my vehicle towed to the nearest Ford dealership. Ford failed to provide us with any temporary vehicle for the weekend, despite the severity of the situation and the potential danger we faced, How could a car with only 4,500 km on the odometer have such a catastrophic malfunction? Just experienced something so extraordinary that it's hard to comprehend what just happened. This is unacceptable. A vehicle in such a new condition should not fail like this.
