I am experiencing frequent issues with the ESP, hill assist, and collision prevention system in my 2024 Ford Courier. These warning lights keep flashing on my dashboard. When I took my vehicle to the service center, I was told that they were waiting for a new software update. My car remained in service for three business days, during which they conducted over 100 km of test drives. Meanwhile, my vehicle is consuming fuel at a rate of 9 liters per 100 km.
I was informed that the repair would take a while, and I requested a replacement vehicle. Oddly enough, the next day, they returned my car with minimal explanations, stating that I would be called back once the new software was available. I am still waiting for this update. I’m struggling to understand this approach to quality control and after-sales support. Issues can happen, but aside from vague assurances, there seems to be little genuine effort or concern in addressing the problem effectively.
