Ford Tourneo Courier Oil Contamination Issue

My 2021 model diesel-powered Ford Courier is displaying an oil contamination issue, causing the malfunctioning indicator lamp to illuminate just three months after its routine maintenance. The service department attributes this chronic problem to user error and fails to take responsibility for the vehicle. Despite being under warranty, they demand payment for the services rendered. Experiencing such issues on a vehicle with only 43,000 km and ongoing warranty coverage is unacceptable. Even if issues arise, failure to provide a solution is simply unacceptable. Ford must acknowledge and address this recurring issue, which appears to be unrelated to user error. It's scientifically improbable that nearly all Ford Couriers would suffer from the same malfunction due to user error. Ford's authorized service is urged to take action on these faulty vehicles, prompted by the increasing complaints, and find a solution. Refunding the repair costs incurred by users could be the first step toward resolution.
