FlyOne Refused Admission, Seeking Reimbursement for Cancelled Return Flight
On June 30, 2023, I purchased a ticket from FlyOne for a flight from Istanbul to Chisinau (online via Ucuzabilet.com). On the day of departure, the FlyOne agency informed me that if I didn't buy a return ticket, I might be sent back across the border. In response, I also purchased a return ticket. However, despite having all the documents, we were not allowed into the country on the pretext of lacking necessary paperwork. We were told that we were not deported and could return after completing all the required documents. Nevertheless, the return ticket for July 22, 2023 (Airline PNR No: DD75ME) was canceled. I cannot reach the company by phone, and though I sent them an email, I received no response. With only 15 days left until departure, the ticket I paid for might be sold to another passenger at double the price. If I don't receive a refund for the ticket, I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Transport.
