WhatsApp Permanently Banned My Account After I Sent a Simple Hello Message

I have been using WhatsApp with the phone numbers +23481007810** and +23481689025** in Nigeria for both personal and business communication, including regular chats with my family. On 24 June 2026, while I was simply trying to send a normal message that only said “hello”, my WhatsApp account was suddenly banned. The app now shows the message that this account cannot be used and that my account activity does not follow WhatsApp’s terms. It also says that requesting a review is not available, so I am unable to even appeal the decision from within the app. I find this situation very unfair because I have not violated WhatsApp’s terms knowingly, and I rely on these numbers for my daily communication and business. I have already tried to solve the issue by emailing WhatsApp support, but they could not help me and my access is still blocked. I kindly request that my account linked to the numbers +23481007810** and +23481689025** be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I am clearly informed about the exact reason for this permanent ban if there is a misunderstanding that can be corrected.
