I received an email informing me that the original departure time of 17:10 had been delayed to 21:50. That was already inconvenient, but what happened next was even worse. Without any explanation or communication from FlyOne staff, the flight was delayed again—this time to 01:10 on January 10. I finally made it to Turkey, but the lack of transparency and the extensive delays caused significant disruption. I am requesting proper compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time.
