Flydubai Employee at D8 Counter Refused Service and Tried to Grab My Phone
Hello, regarding my April 30 flight, while purchasing my ticket, I encountered a serious issue with the Flydubai staff member working at counter D8. This employee, named O*, refused to process our transaction, behaved rudely, and caused us to wait for nearly an hour without resolving anything. Because of his attitude, we were unable to complete our ticketing and had to move to another counter to finalize the process.
When we told him that we would file a complaint and take his photo as evidence, he stood up and tried to forcibly grab our phone, even attempting to attack us. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a staff member representing an international airline. Please take immediate disciplinary action regarding this individual.
