Flydubai Charged Me Twice for Three Tickets and Gave Only Partial Refund

On August 9, 2025, I purchased three tickets through Flydubai. However, because I entered one passenger’s name incorrectly, I immediately corrected it within about 10 minutes using the name correction option. During this process, I did not receive any warning or notification, and the correction was completed successfully. However, the system charged me twice for all three tickets, meaning I was billed for a total of six tickets.
Later, of the $434.58 that should have been refunded, only $110 was deducted as a fee, and the remaining $324.58 was issued to me as a gift voucher. However, since the duplicate charge occurred without any warning or approval from my side, the full amount ($434.58) should have been refunded in cash.
I contacted Flydubai customer service via email and had my last correspondence with them on August 16. My requests were completely rejected, and no resolution was provided. The payment was made via credit card.
I am requesting that Flydubai refund the full amount of $434.58 in cash.
