I Face Flight Network Support Failures After My Antalya–Chisinau Flight Disappeared

On April 19, 2025, I placed order number 1063-886-753 to purchase airline tickets for the Antalya–Chisinau flight 5F5320 scheduled for June 11, 2025. The passengers were Y** Y** and I** G**. On the same day, I received an email stating that important flight information was available through a link. When I clicked the link, I was informed that I needed to verify my email address. After entering my email address and order number, instead of receiving confirmation, I received the message “Email unavailable.”

Similarly, on May 31, 2025, June 8, 2025, and June 10, 2025, I was unable to access any information regarding the Antalya–Chisinau 5F5320 flight scheduled for June 11, 2025.

On June 10, 2025, I wanted to complete online check-in for flight 5F5320, but the check-in service was unavailable. I decided to complete check-in at the airport instead. A representative through the company’s website offered assistance. I asked the representative, “Which terminal does flight 5F5320 depart from?” and I was told “Terminal 2.”

When my spouse and I arrived at Antalya Airport Terminal 2 on June 11, 2025, we discovered that flight 5F5320 was not operating that day. I did not receive any notification about a cancellation or schedule change for flight 5F5320. In order to catch another flight from Chisinau, I was forced to purchase new tickets for the canceled 5F5320 flight at a price more than double what I had originally paid. The payment was made using two credit cards because one card did not have sufficient funds available.

I believe that the fact that my spouse and I were unable to travel using our previously purchased tickets and were forced to buy replacement tickets at more than twice the original price is entirely the responsibility of your company.

I request compensation for the financial loss I suffered due to the replacement tickets I was forced to purchase, which cost $860 in total.
