I request written confirmation from Trust Wallet about whether this phone number is official, whether any access was given to third parties during this process, and whether my wallet and funds are secure. I also expect clear, easily accessible information on your official support channels and contact methods so that users are not forced to search randomly on the internet and risk contacting fake support numbers.
