AI Catch Weekly VIP Subscription Not Activated After Payment

I had an old subscription with the AI Catch: AI Video Generator app, which I had previously cancelled. Today, less than an hour ago, I renewed my subscription by paying Rs 1300 for the Weekly VIP plan. The in-app purchase screen clearly shows that the Weekly VIP subscription is active and valid until 10 October. However, after completing the payment and downloading/opening AI Catch again, the app still behaves as if I have no subscription and asks me to subscribe or buy credits again. In other words, even though the payment was taken and the Weekly VIP plan appears in my purchases, the app is not recognizing my active subscription. I could not find any AI Catch support contact within the app or elsewhere, so I have not been able to resolve this issue directly with them. I request that my Weekly VIP subscription be properly activated immediately so that I can use all the features I paid for, or that my Rs 1300 payment be refunded without any deduction if the subscription cannot be activated.
