Fliff Cash $400 Redemption Stuck Pending

I am a Fliff user from Florida and I am writing about an issue with redeeming my winnings in the Sweepstakes section. Yesterday I won a total of $426 in Fliff Cash and attempted to redeem $400 of this amount through the “Redeem Fliff Cash” screen in the app. Despite following all the required steps, the $400 redemption remains pending and I am unable to receive the payment. The app shows my $400 Fliff Cash redemption on the “Redeem Fliff Cash” page, but the process does not move forward and I cannot complete the withdrawal. I contacted Fliff support about this issue, but the responses I received did not resolve the problem and I still cannot redeem my winnings. I kindly request that my account under the email address djslush19**@gmail.com be checked in detail, that my $400 Fliff Cash redemption be approved and paid out without any further delay, and that I be given a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred and why it was not resolved when I first contacted support.
