Parimatch Deposit Not Credited To Game Wallet

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit on Parimatch that was not reflected in my account balance. Yesterday, I made a deposit of 400 INR to my main wallet using UPI via Fampay. The amount was successfully deducted from my Fampay account, and I have the transaction details and confirmation, but the 400 INR has still not been credited to my Parimatch main wallet. After noticing that my balance had not updated, I tried to get support from Parimatch customer service, but I did not receive any clear or helpful response that could resolve the issue. This situation is disappointing, as the payment has clearly gone through on my side, yet I am unable to use the funds on your platform. I kindly request that you review this payment made via Fampay UPI for 400 INR and, since it has not been credited to my Parimatch account, arrange a full refund of this amount back to my Fampay UPI as soon as possible. I also request clarification on the reason for this issue so that similar problems do not occur again.
