My Brand-New Fisher Price Puzzle Came Sealed But Had a Missing Piece

I purchased a Fisher Price puzzle from a well-known chain store. The box was fully sealed and unopened when I bought it, so there’s no way anything fell out or got lost after purchase. However, when I opened it to assemble the puzzle, I was shocked to find that one piece was missing.

What is the point of buying a puzzle—especially from a trusted brand like Fisher Price—if it comes incomplete right out of the box? How can a factory-sealed product be missing a piece? This clearly points to a quality control issue. The packaging was perfectly intact, so this wasn’t caused by mishandling—it was missing from the start.

We don’t earn our money easily, and no matter the price—whether it’s ₺1 or ₺100—we have the right to demand what we paid for. I’m requesting that the missing puzzle piece be sent to me immediately.

Fisher Price, I trusted your name and your standards. Please take this complaint seriously and ensure your customers receive complete, quality-checked products. I expect a prompt solution.
