Finish Wrong Product Shipment and Poor Customer Service
I made a purchase on Finish, relying on the company's good standing (order number 28789, dated 03/18/2024). In addition to a few other things, I purchased 2 packs of 75-count Finish Ultimate Plus capsules. However, I was disappointed to find that I only received 1 pack of 60-count capsules. I reached out to customer service and they were kind enough to apologize for the inconvenience. They kindly requested that I return the product. They promised to quickly send the correct 2 packs of 75-count capsules. I processed the return, but to my surprise, they sent me 2 packs of 60-count capsules again, as if taunting me. When I called, I was met with responses like, "Yes, another error has happened, unfortunately. Rest assured, we will rectify the situation. Your observation is spot on. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing 2 packs of capsules with a count of 75 each, but unfortunately, I received 2 packs with a count of 60 instead. I have decided to never make another purchase from this company, and I will not be recommending it to anyone in my circle or those who value my opinion. If you make a purchase from Finish's own website and unfortunately become a victim, you'll have to go through the hassle of making multiple calls or even resorting to legal action. If only I had more time and if the justice system in this country were more efficient, I would consider taking legal action. It's frustrating to think about the additional costs of hiring a lawyer and going through a lawsuit. Learn from my error and avoid repeating it. Considering the availability of alternatives like Fairy, it would be prudent to consider exploring other options following this experience.
