Trendyol Delivered Only 1 Pack of Coffee Instead of My 10-Pack Order
I placed an order for a pack of 2 (120 servings) coffee from Trendyol, buying 5 sets in total, which means I was expecting to receive 10 packs (600 servings overall). Unfortunately, I received just one pack (60 servings). That's nine packs missing—what an astonishing error. Trendyol asserts they’ve looked into the matter and maintains that the seller dispatched the full order, yet I am still missing the other items. They do not provide compensation for the missing coffee and refuse to accept a return. This is the first time I’ve faced such a situation, and the absence of a solution has truly disappointed me. Trendyol's handling of this issue has been disappointing, and I find myself without any support or resolution for the problem they caused.
