I purchased a subscription to the Findandloc app through the Google Play Store. For the past 3 days, I have been trying to cancel my subscription and request a refund, but the app does not allow me to complete the cancellation process.
I also attempted to contact customer service by phone, but I could not reach anyone and received no assistance. This lack of support is unacceptable for a paid service.
I live in Konya and I demand that my subscription be immediately canceled and the full amount I paid refunded to me without delay. Customers should not be left without solutions or ignored when they want to stop a service they no longer wish to use.
