Findandloc Charged ₺599 Without My Consent After One-Time ₺21 Use
On April 3, I used Findandloc once to locate my daughter’s phone and paid the advertised ₺21 for that single-use service. That was all I agreed to. However, on April 4, I noticed a ₺599 charge on my account—without my consent or authorization. It appears a monthly subscription was activated, even though I never signed up for or approved any subscription plan.
This is unacceptable. I used the service once and did not agree to any recurring charges. There was no clear explanation or notification that an additional fee—especially such a high one—would be charged.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the ₺599 that was wrongly taken from my account. This issue must be resolved without delay. Companies cannot take money without proper consent and clear user agreement. I expect Findandloc to fix this and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
