Findandloc Charged ₺599 Without My Consent After I Paid ₺21 for One-Time Use
On April 3, I used Findandloc to help locate my daughter’s phone. I paid the ₺21 fee as shown for a one-time service and assumed that would be the end of it. But to my surprise, on April 4, my account was charged ₺599 without my consent for what appears to be a monthly subscription—one I never signed up for.
This charge was made without my authorization, and I was not informed or warned in any clear way that additional payments would be taken. I did not agree to a subscription, and this feels deceptive and completely unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺599 and expect this issue to be corrected without delay. Companies cannot charge users under the guise of a small trial fee and then silently deduct large amounts. Findandloc must take responsibility and stop this kind of misleading practice. I want my money back now.
