Findandloc Charged ₺599 Without My Consent After ₺30 Trial

I signed up for a Findandloc membership thinking the cost was around ₺30, as advertised. However, without my knowledge or approval, the company charged me ₺599. I never authorized this transaction and was given no warning or clear explanation that such a high amount would be withdrawn.

This kind of unauthorized charging is unacceptable. A company cannot claim to offer a low-cost service and then silently charge hundreds of lira from a customer’s account. I did not agree to a full subscription, and there was no transparent billing process in place.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the ₺599 that was wrongfully taken from my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file an official complaint through the appropriate legal channels. My financial information was used without proper consent, and I will not let this go unanswered. I expect my refund without delay.
